Agreement

Our collaboration operates on a monthly rolling agreement. We believe in earning your continued partnership through results and trust, not through binding long-term contracts. While we do not enforce fixed contract durations, we recommend a commitment of 3-4 months to fairly evaluate outcomes, as impactful results take time to develop.

Setup Process

Once you sign up for our services, please allow up to 7 working days for the setup of your campaigns. During this period, we will:

  • Establish any necessary advertising accounts.

  • Implement tracking systems on your website.

  • Draft and submit ad copy for your approval.

  • Build and configure your campaigns.

We will keep you informed throughout this process.

Termination Policy

To terminate your agreement with BluePrint SEO LTD, a 30-day written notice via email is required. BluePrint SEO LTD reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately if:

  • Payments are not received by the due date.

  • The client fails to provide requested information essential for delivering services.

Limitation of Liability

BluePrint SEO LTD's liability is strictly limited to the fees paid for our services. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of revenue or profits.

  • Business interruptions.

  • Costs incurred from legal or third-party disputes.

Even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, our liability remains limited.

Service Fees

  • Payments are to be made in advance at the start of each month.

  • Payment details will be securely stored in our payment system to facilitate seamless transactions.

  • Invoices must be settled promptly. BluePrint SEO LTD reserves the right to pause all work during periods of overdue payments.

  • Late payments without prior agreement may incur an additional 5% interest charge per 30-day period.

  • Unpaid invoices exceeding 30 days may be forwarded to a debt recovery agency, with all associated costs passed on to the client.
